The fuel filter is a little difficult to change. It is located on the driver's side chassis leg under neath the air filter box. FIrst try to ope the 14mm fuel line at the bottom of the fuel filter itself. If that doesn't open easily (and it is a little difficult to get at) stop, do not strip it. You may/will have to use a line wrench or good quality 14mm crows foot wrench, my Craftsman one isn't strong enough I had to buy a Snap On one ideally Snap on and Matco have what they call a butterfly wrench that is great wraps around the flare nut.
The other tools required should be a 17mm socket to remove the banjo bolt bringing fuel to the fuel rail, and small 10mm socket or wrench to remove the fuel filter mounting bracket. Replace the banjo sealing washers.
