    Hi,
did you find out why your F150 wasn't starting? Was it related to the buzzing fuel pumps?

The ECU in the driver kick panel is the problem. If you take it out and open it up you'll see a blue capacitor has gone bad and may be hanging by only 1 leg. It is rated at 47 mfd and 16V. You can replace it with one from Radio Shack as we did yesterday. Now pump runs about 5 seconds and the truck starts right up. The computer will not give a SPOUT signal(spark out) until the pump turns off.
