The ECU in the driver kick panel is the problem. If you take it out and open it up you'll see a blue capacitor has gone bad and may be hanging by only 1 leg. It is rated at 47 mfd and 16V. You can replace it with one from Radio Shack as we did yesterday. Now pump runs about 5 seconds and the truck starts right up. The computer will not give a SPOUT signal(spark out) until the pump turns off. - Visitor
