Front wheels making loud noise at all speeds on 2004 Oldsmobile Alero

could this be wheel bearings. seems to have power.

It very well could be wheel bearings. If the noise increases with speed and using your brakes does not cause increased noise and vibration, I would say it is your wheel bearings. Wheel bearings will make a grinding sound at lower speed and sound almost like a prop plane flying outside your vehicle at high speeds when they are in need of replacing.
