The front wheel bearing is a cartridge type wheel bearing and requires the hub being taken off the car and bearing pressed in to the hub, ball joint done at this time will be cheaper to get done as it would not be a duplication of labor (the steering knuckle will be removed from the car). Did the shop that inspected your car prioritize or tell you how urgently this work needs to be done?
If you feel steering vibration or hear a rumbling noise from the wheel on cornering the wheel bearing is bad. If you have to top up the steering oil resivor the leak is bad enough that the steering leak needs to be fixed but if it only requires topping up every couple of months then I would ask how urgent they think this work needs to be carried out from a safety point of view. Buy a bottle of Acura compatable power steering fluid to have in your car it is specific to Acura and Honda cars different that other Asian, European and US cars.
Shop around for prices but bear in mind low price is not always a promise of quality workmanship. Feel comfortable with who you trust to work on your car.
