Question: front wheel axles

is one axle longer than the other causing it to not turn

  I think one of the axles came out of the transaxle or the splines on the axle failed. Either way, there could be damage to the transaxle.
  Get it checked by a Subie technician.

• will only drive in 4wheel-drive
  makes a cracking noise in right front wheel. then it quit only will drive in 4wheel drive the drive in 2 wheel drive will not turn
