1995 Chevrolet Tahoe Question: Front Suspension

My truck's front end cannot be aligned because of a worn out pitman and idler arm. It is very annoying sometimes when it rains the car jumps sideways. Very dangerous, too. -

fix your truck right away bro...your tires are probably taking a beating too,...a reputable mechanic will guarantee their work, might be $450 - $550 bucks, also get a wheel alignment after pitman and idler arm are replaced -
