Front Struts on 2004 Nissan Quest

Does the springs stay on the van when the strut is removed, or do I need a spring compression tool?

You REALLY need a Strut tool. If you don't know how to do this, have a pro do it. You can get all your teeth knocked out or worse if you don't know how to properly release a spring on a strut. Good Luck!
