front springs on 1994 Dodge Dakota

my front springs squeaks, have replaced it quit for awhile then started again

Typically springs do not squeak, the pad perches can cause noise as well as other steering and suspension components that move when in use and bumps. The fact that the noise went away for awhile means that whatever is causing noise was moved during the repair work and now has settled back into the squeak area.

It's a 4x4 131 wheel base extended cab. need the front hangers THANK'S FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME.
I have flushed the radiator, replaced thermostat, fan clutch, belt, belt tensioner and still after 20 minutes of driving in Florida the fan clutch roars continuously.
