front left turn signal doesn't work though bulb is good. on 2003 Saturn Ion

The left front run signal doesn't work. The bulb is good, as is the 15A fuse. The rear flasher works, the headlamps all work. Only the front left flasher doesn't. What can be the problem?

You need to have the dealer install a DRL Jumper Kit...the bulb is not making contact with the socket correctly...this is a factory recall so your dealer should fix it at no cost to you.

Will GM honor this , even though Saturn is not a company anymore? I'm having this issue and I already changed out my light bulb and it still doesn't work.
