Immediately check for loose tie-rod ends or loose ball joints in the front suspension. Sounds like something is about to break and cause dangerous loss of steeriing control. No joke..
Your rotors have gotten hot and now they are warp. You might have the rotors turned, But I would have new Pads installed also. NEVER put on new pads and not have the rotors turned.
