Front end causes severe wobble of tires & Steering wheel on 2005 Jeep Wrangler

What do I need to do to stop the dreaded "Death Wobble" of my Front End. And also is there a recall of the Automatic Transmission shifter linkage where it connects to the Transmission? Mine has come loose or broke twice in 1 year.

The wobble is usually the steering dampener on a Jeep if it happens at road speed, like 50 mph and above. I use to work in a Jeep shop and I replaced many, ONLY Use a factory part, the after market ones don't work very well. I don't see any listed recalls for any part of the trans for the Wrangler.
