front end on 1998 Dodge Intrepid

put all new suspension including struts strut bearings springs inner tierod bushings outer tierods ball joints stabilzer pins and when i hit bumps it sounds like the front end is going to fall off.

Some of the components need to be tightened when weight of vehicle is on the ground and not when suspended. Also don't know your mechanical capabilities or know how so may not have been done correctly. Needs aligned and should have inspected for prob at that time. Suspect the struts and mount/bearings for source of noise.
