i know it says to drian and refill but how do you drain it? is there a plug or does the front plate have to come off or any other suggestions?

    There should be a drain in the differential case behind the skidplate, so that will have to come off. The fill plug is in the cover. Make sure you get the proper differential fluid to refill it.
