2004 Hyundai Elantra Question: Front Crankshaft seal

Any idea of the aprox cost to replace the front crankshaft seal? Could this be done by myself or should a garage? -

If you have to ask, then it may not be for you. This will more than likely require a crank pulley removing tool, and if your engine has a timing belt, you will need to replace that as well, because it will be oil soaked and ruined.
