BMW 325Ci Clunk or Jolt Felt in Steering Due to Worn Bushings in Front Suspension

Failure of the front control arm bracket bushingsoften referred to as thrust rod bushingsis moderately common. One symptom is a clunk or jolt felt in the steering when braking.

Replace front bushings -
replaced front control arm at 63,000 and now told need to replace again at 72,000 -
Front Suspension and bushing wore our -
I noticed problems while coming to a stop the cars steering wheel shakes and you hear a thud. I jacked the car up to check the rim because I thought it might be a bend or something but I could move the whole wheel from side to side. I replaced my bushings and the lower control arm and it was fine. -
Front Lower control arm bushings knocking under braking per BMW Seattle Service. Need to get that done soon :( -
