Raise and support the vehicle safely on stands. Remove the wheel and brake caliper. Remove brake rotor and wheel bearings.

is there inner and outer bearings in the rotor or just front bearings

Yes there are inner and outer bearings. Be sure to repack the bearings. The inner bearing has an outer separate seal that is pressed on.
