Question: front brake locks up when I turn the wheel

front brake locks up when I turn the wheel.I just had new rotors and pads replaced.No problem before repair

    I would wonder if you may have a twisted brake hose, like the caliper was reinstalled with it flipped around once. If this happened, you could restrict that hose and force fluid into the caliper.

    Obviously since this is a brake issue, use extreme caution or do not operate the vehicle at all until your concern is resolved. Good luck.

    Doesn't matter what it is. Take it straight back to whoever did the brakes and make them fix the brake locking problem and replace any damaged parts. If a brake line was twisted enough to restrict flow it is damaged and needs to be replaced!
