    While driving to Beaumont last week my truck broke down on Hwy 90 in front of the Friendly Ford dealership. The service mgr had a mech stop what he was doing and fix my truck. While waiting a salesman took me to lunch and when I got back the truck was ready to go. Is that service or what?
