Although all the repairs made were done well and in a timely manner, I wasn't happy with the fact that they couldn't touch my Zenon headlights to see if the light needed replacing or was just loose. They said that it's an aftermarket product that they just don't get into, and had to leave alone. I've never experienced that before. I wanted my light fixed and it wasn't, so I'm not happy about that. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.
Frank's European Service-Henderson is definitely your Mercedes-Benz, BMW, etc alternative! It has been my experience that this repair facility really does stand behind its work. Furthermore, they are truly honest with their assessments of your vehicle and DO NOT make any attempts to deceive nor manipulate you in regard to repairs to your vehicle. If they make a mistake, THEY ACTUALLY OWN UP TO IT and stand behind their work. The guarantee they give is second to none. You will not be disappointed by taking your vehicle to this repair facility.
I don't normally take the time to do these, but this experience was the exception. First off let me commend your repair shop on the great workmanship, fair prices, and overall customer service. Adam was truly a pleasure from start to finish. He exemplifies customer service at its best in every aspect. I will definitely be returning in the future!
Probably will not go back to Franks. I'll just keep going to MOH. There was a discrepancy with the price quoted vs price paid. I need to be able to trust my mechanic. I did not get that feeling here. Staff and work were fine. But when I say don't do something very clearly then they charge me, I feel I can't trust my mechanic.
