The owner, Andrew Browne, started in his fathers auto shop over 25 years ago and opened Four Points Auto in 2009. Andrew and his technician Michael regularly attend automotive technical training classes, are ASE certified, and have over 35 years of combined experience. The shop is equipped this the latest in scan tools and diagnostic equipment, exactly what we expect to see in one of our Top Shops.   The guy's very honest. He's never missed on a quote and there are no surprises when I get there. This is not my first experience with him and he is the only guy I recommend people to go to. He's always on the money with his prices, no surprises at all. They'll call you before he goes to work. They're super nice. He's even gone as far as saying to get this tire from this place and I'll fix it here. He's the only guy I go to.

  I would say that Four Point Auto is a very good auto repair shop. They are very fair in their prices and they are very fair in their work. When you go there, you can feel that they will not cheat you - they are very honest with you. They give you a fair price and when you leave there you feel that you have been treated honestly and fairly. They're very nice people and are very nice to deal with. They do good work and I would recommend them. I wouldn't go anywhere else to deal with the car.

  They were very courteous. They looked into my problems and I like the way that he told me we could fix this and it's going to run good but if you want it to run really well then you need to do this. He gave me the experience that I needed to fix my truck. I went to three other dealers, and this is the one I felt more confident with, believe it or not.

  I got all my initial estimates over the phone; they were very good at estimating over the phone. They did the repairs in the timeframe they said they were going to perform them in and at the cost they quoted me. They charged an appropriate amount for the simple repair. They are AAA approved, I believe.

  I find them very reasonable, and I find them very honest. I took my car in and I needed a lot of repairs. I actually thought I needed more and they said that wasn't the case. Very honest, very reasonable, and they're local for me. I won't go anywhere else now.

  I knew what was basically wrong with my car prior to going so they gave me the estimate over the phone. Dropped my car off and work done on the same day. They did a great job! Would go back to them for more repair work.

  Andrew is not only very skilled and knowledgeable but goes out of his way to both diagnosis the problem correctly and fix it properly the FIRST time with NO run around, etc..if in the Treasure Coast/Palm Beach area and are in need of a top notch independent repair facility look no further.
