Message from the Shop
Fixing cars runs in owner Mr. Chavez’s blood. As a kid, it didn’t matter if he was with his father or his uncles–there was always a car they were working on. Mr. Chavez’s automotive career started in 1983. He began at a Volkswagen dealership as a technician’s assistant, focusing on vehicular electrical systems. As he worked on cars, his passion for the field grew. Later he worked as a mobile mechanic for a couple of years, learning how to form excellent customer relationships. Mr. Chavez took pride in his workmanship, knowing one day he would own a reputable shop of his own.
That day would come a few years later in 1993. After attaining his ASE certifications and undergoing training he launched his own business in the automotive field–Forever Auto Care. Today, 20 years later, he is proud to say the shop is still going strong in the Las Vegas community.

Every time I took my car there I had to bring it back because it had a different problem. I don't know if it is them or if the car had that many issues to bring it back. Sometimes the car wasn't done on time. There are good things too with them but still I just feel if a car has a problem in the inspection, then I would know in advance about potential problems to come up. Then I bring it back and it's leaking oil and again and initially it was nothing. I spent ten thousand with them I have receipts.
I BROUGHT MY 1990 LEXUS FOR AN ENGINE CHECK AND I ENDED UP OF SEVERAL TRIP AND OVER 6,000.00 DOLLARS AND STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. THE TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED, KNOCK SENSORS, MAF AND GAS CAP. EVERYTIME I BROUGHT IT BACK VICTOR TOLD ME IT SHOULD BE FIXED. ALMOST THE EMESSION WERE REPLACED. AND STILL HAVE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I WISH I LEARNED MY LESSONS SOONER.
So I had the check engine light on. I took it to this place right away the owner claimed to have knowledge about hondas. I left my car for one day and a half. I went to check how they were doing beacause it was taking too long. When I got there the claimed they fixed an air leak. Paid them $100 and went back home. The next day the light check engine came back on. Took it back for a half day. Then they quoted me $1200 for repair... clean the spark plugs, replace both sensors, and replace the fuel pump. I took my car back home and took it to an independent mechanic who only replaced the sparkplugs and the primary sensor and viola!!!!. Fixed!!!!!Forever tried to rip me off.... actually, they ripped me off with the $100 for diagnostic. Now I am FOREVER gone as a costumer!!
