    Simply put, they lie and cannot be trusted. They also do not take responsibility for their own actions or mistakes but try to put the blame in others, including their customers. They did it to me twice that I know of, and who knows how many times that I am not aware of. What work did they tell me was needed but really wasn't needed or even done? My wife and I have had them work on three different cars but now we both find that they simply cannot be trusted and we will not go back there ever again.
