  For years, I took my BMW to a place in Fairfax, Virginia, and had a horrible experience. I walked in to these guys off the street because I saw BMWs on their lot that looked as though they were being repaired. I asked if they could repair my BMW, and they did. I take my car there now, and my husband takes his Mercedes there. Before, we only took our cars to the dealership.

  We have three cars. We take all of them there. We have been going there for years and I love that they are a family-run business. If they make a mistake then they fix it.

  It's a great value. It's a great alternative to the dealer. I have a 2003 Mercedes E 320, and it runs great because of them.

  It was very good, and I would recommend their service. I think that they are very honest. I think that the car is what they say it is. I think they are honest about what they say needs to be done.

  I had a service one year ago, and they give me a transmission fluid. Basically they gave me new transmission fluid. At that time the mileage was 40,000. A couple months ago I took it to them again. About 1000 miles later, I took it back. Then they said they wanted to do the transmission fluid again. I told them that I had the service one year ago, and asked why they had to do it again. I was not satisfied with that, they said it depends on how you drive the car. I don't know what exactly happened. Before this, I was satisfied with their service, but now I'm not sure. If I need service, I will consider going to another garage.
