I am sure technically they know what they're doing, but they aren't the best for Porsche first time buyers. I know absolutely nothing about cars, let alone a Porsche. I just wish a tech person would have taken some time to offer some advice. As it was, I ended up buying the same set of brand new carpets that was already in the car and a poor quality wind deflector online. Come to find out, I already had 1 which no one mentioned. I ended up paying 10K for the car and an additional 4K in repairs at FAM, which did not leave me feeling very good. And after all that, I received the car back, dirty and unwashed. And yeah, I know they're busy, but I feel one has to be a technician to deal with them. FAM is definitely not for the beginner. Anyone want to buy a Porsche?
