Why two batteries?

2011 Ford f-450 super-duty 6.7L engine.

My check engine light been on for about six months I took it to the shop they did diagnostics on it they tell me that it was my fuel pump i'll find it hard to believe because I'm still driving the truck they told me I had a bad fuel pump sensor two

I was informed that the cause of the engine light on in my truck is the airbag--informed it wouldn't work properly or won't deploy if in a crash, yet it's not covered under any recall. It's never been deployed/activated.

I noticed it was leaking diesel fuel out of the wires on the what I think looks like around the ejector if so the by a little black round thing on the driver side I mean it just leaks out right there where the wires go in the ejectsr when it's running just like know what it could be

stopping power

Well, it would seem that I have to write something in this box.
