ford expedition squeaks on 2001 Ford Expedition

what would cause my ford expedition to squeak when i make a loud squeaking noise everytime i drive it.if i hit bumps it goes louder. but normally always squeak when i drive it

Non-servicable ball joints and tie-rods ends were common squeaking suspension components this model year. Make sure the replacement ones are servicable with a grease fitting.
