If you are going to the garage your timing is perfect. Have them change your hoses at the same time since you will be getting new antifreeze anyway. If your doing it yourself I would simply drain radiator and replace the hoses then put new coolant(antifreeze) back. The important thing is not letting coolant become acidic which it begins to do after only a couple of years or allowing the coolant to be diluted to the point where it does not protect against freezing. - jharp59
