During our assessment process, the more we learned about Fluid MotorUnion, the more impressed we became. We found a shop with experienced and well trained technicians, equipped with the tools & diagnostic equipment necessary to repair today's modern vehicles. Several of the employees have dealership experience, and all employees have attended too much training to list here. They offer a 2 year/24,000 mile parts and labor warranty, customer shuttle service, and they are open Saturdays.

    Those guys are like the best. I've been going to a lot of different shops and I've been going to those guys for the last six years and they are the best. They're honest. They're not that expensive and just do good work.

    What I would say is the owner or the person that manages it, I don't know her name but she's very friendly and very fair. Very flexible. Very accommodating. She makes sure that you're satisfied with the work done and she's very upfront.

    They quoted to me how much it would be to repair my sun roof. It was almost 2000 dollars. They looked online and found a sun roof at a much lower cost. They really work with you. Very nice customer service. As a female I have felt ripped off before at repair shops. I didn't feel that way at all at this shop.
