Fixing a leaking oil pan. on 1992 Lexus ES300

The cost of a new gasket for the oil pan is very cheap, but, for installing it, I was given an estimate of about $400.00. Is this a fair estimate of the cost?

I show in my labor guide that it takes 4.5 hours to remove the oil pan and replace and the oil pan is $120.
