I took my vw to fitz for schedule maintenance. They are highly expensive and service is not that great I am going back to where I bought the car

I took my car in to have the headlight bulb changed in 1 headlight. They put the bulb in the wrong side which still left me with one headlight. I returned to them when I noticed that the grill had been reattached with only 1 screw. They still claim that they put the bulb in the light that was out and that the other dead bulb had burned out on my way to work that day. Not trustworthy staff. I do not have confidence in their work. They did not want to take responsibility for the poor job that was done. Will never go back again. Even for the recall work that was scheduled.

I took my Corvette there for a windshield wiper motor replacement and it was returned with a broken exhaust system. When it was pointed out I was told that it was a common problem with Corvettes and there was nothing he could do. I pointed out that the windshield wiper motor is nowhere near the muffler and that the muffler was not separated from my exhaust when I brought it in. They said they were sorry. No explanation, no estimate for a repair.
Recent renovations have made the dealership predatory on people in need of repairs.
