Do i need to do anything with the firing order after changing the water pump?

  No, the water pump should no effect the firing order, unless you removed the wires for some reason.

• not fireing on cyl 3 & 6 . I changed the ign coil. what's next???
  rough idle-- so I changed the plugs & wires & coil. Didn't solve the problem. What's next????
