Damaged the inner rocker panel apparently from improperly lifting my car during tire install, bending the fender out. Dragged their feet in calling their insurance company. Did not call me back at all. Eventually insurance took care of it, but took longer than it should have.
Replacing headlighht socket, a $12 part, became a $100 job, including $20 Electrical Diagnostic fee, part and labor. My wife saw what they replaced and next time it happened, went to Autozone and did it herself for $80 less.
The work performed was okay, wait times were much longer than initially stated, and prices were high. The only reason I ended up there is because of the proximity to my house.
