Filling with gas on 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500

Gas will not enter tank without the pump shutting off every two tenths of a gallon

Poossible vent valve solenoid problem, can be relocated. TSB issued to correct this, call dealer for info.. It's really not a diy fix but can be done at local repair shop with a lift. Check engine light on?
