Andy opened Fifth Gear Automotive in 1982 and has been serving the Broomfield area ever since. The shop moved into their brand new building at its current location in 2001. They have a very experienced team of five technicians who have an astonishing 100 years of experience between them. Combine this with their excellent tooling, factory level diagnostic equipment, and top-notch customer service, and you have the complete package. Fifth Gear is also AAA approved, a Bosch Authorized Service Center, and an emissions testing and repair facility.

We are a full service repair shop that's AAA approved.We are a member of BBB, a "Bosch Authorized Service Center", We employ ASE certified Techs. 5th Gear started in 1981 in Norhglenn and now is located in Broomfield,Colorado.
We also have been licensed by the State of Colorado to do Diesel Emission Tests. We service most makes and models and use dealer level equipment to fix and repair the vehicles we service. Please feel free to come bye or call us a call.

It seems like they have changed ownership in the last couple years. There was a guy who was running everything who I don't really see anymore. It would have been nice to know about what happened because I kept wondering where he was. The new guys are ok, but I have missed the main guy. For a couple years, he just hasn't been there.

We have gone in there to ask them to check something out and they were like, "you don't need that done, or we will do it for free." Andy is his name we like him. We have gone through them for years. We like them, and wouldn't go through any one else. They have always done a really good job. If you need a repair they will tell you, If it can wait they will tell you that you don't need it done now. They were just friendly.

i took my honda accord to one of those shops that specialize in brakes. I was shocked at the quote, and amount of work my car needed, What happened that low cost brake job? I said forget it. One of my coworkers told me about 5th gear, What a difference, they saved me money and were very professional.
