  I bought my car in 1997 from Fields Volvo; I have been taking it there for the past 15 years for service. Justin Russo has taken care of me whenever I come. Justin is always courteous, understanding, sincere, and patient. He is ready and willing to listen. Since I need my car to get to work, Justin always makes sure that a "loaner" car is available for me to use. I drive about 30 miles round trip to have my car serviced at Fields Volvo in Northfield. I live much closer to other dealers and car service repair places, but the trip to Northfield is definitely worth every minute. Justin Russo has become my car's "personal physician" when it comes to special care. Justin goes far "beyond the call of duty." We are so very fortunate to have Justin Russo. Many THANKS!

  We bought a volvo XC90 from Mark Demma and Ashvin Shah. They were wonderful to work with and highly recommended. We love our car!
