  Would not recommend Felsing to a friend. My 2005 Volkswagen Touareg would not stay started. Took vehicle to Felsing for dianostics & repair. They said it was the fuel pump. They replaced the fuel pump with labor for $780.00 and some change. Vehicle ran ok for about a week then started to do the same thing I took it in for. Towed it back to Felsing who then said it was two bad ignition coils which they can replace for about $115.00. So I said fine replace those two coils as long as the vehicle will run ok. Vehicle ran ok for about three weeks the started to do the same thing I took it in for. Called Felsing to explain problem again. They came and towed my vehicle to their shop to try to find out what maybe the problem. I got a call back from Felsing about a day later telling me there was nothing more they can do to repair my vehicle and for me to take it to a Volkswagen Dealership. Took it to the dealership to find problem and repair, the car has ran fine every since.

  We have had routinue maintenance and 4 specific repairs completed at Felsing's over 5 years. They have always been extremely trustworthy and competent. They give good diagnoses, tell us when work can wait a bit longer, and charge a fair price.
