My 1999 honda passport will not go into 4 wheel drive. Everything seems to be like it should. The 4WD indicator light illuminates showing it is in 4WD. The transfer case is in 4L. And yet, when operating in snow only the back wheels seem to be pushing and pulling like 4WD isn't working.
