    They never seem to fix the real problem the first time you take your car in. It seems to take them at least 3 times of taking your car in, and them fixing and charging you for assorted things, before the car finally gets fixed. (And usually, the real problem doesn't cost the most.) Bad business. Also, the oil changes are too expensive. Steer clear!
