What direction are the fan clutch threads on a 2004 BMW 325Ci.

    Typically a threaded on fan clutch will thread against fan rotation.

    It has a Left Hand thread, so you need to turn it clock wise to get it loose. It helps if you have the fan clutch tool and a thin 32mm wrench.
