Had one of the best repair service I have ever had with my car here. They are clean, courteous, respectful, efficient and very trustworthy. I went there for the first time today, but was treated as if I were a customer of theirs for years that they were going to take care of. Even took on the job of fixing what was broken and not done well by another establishment without giving me any problems repairing. I recommend you take your car to Family Auto Service in Baldwin for any repairs or service. I have never endorsed a service place before, but this place is great!!

I bring all my cars there. Steve is very knowledgeable & constantly stays up to date on everything. He truly loves what he does. They are polite, explain things,tell you what you need now & what can wait. Never any pressure. Steve also has deals he sends in the mail and he warrantees everything. He knows the value of a good customer and the recommendations that come with them. Smart businessman, nice guy, and he hires very qualified mechanics. he runs the shop the way I would if I owned it.
