  Very reputable. They are consistent in their work. They are in a very good location - they're by a train station. There is also a cab company right there as well. They drive people home if they don't have any other way home.

  I think they are excellent. I refer people all the time. I have never had any problems. They spell out what is wrong with my car. There is no pressure with the repairs. They save me money.

  The bottom line is that it's nice to take your car and drop it off at the auto shop and not have to worry about being taken advantage of or being forced into unnecessary repairs, and to have the work done in budget.

  I think that they do good work, I think they've been honest and fair. I would rank them pretty high. One thing I appreciate is that when you go in for something simple they check the car out and if they see anything they point it out (no high pressure!) and let you know what needs to be fixed.

  Had one of the best repair service I have ever had with my car here. They are clean, courteous, respectful, efficient and very trustworthy. I went there for the first time today, but was treated as if I were a customer of theirs for years that they were going to take care of. Even took on the job of fixing what was broken and not done well by another establishment without giving me any problems repairing. I recommend you take your car to Family Auto Service in Baldwin for any repairs or service. I have never endorsed a service place before, but this place is great!!

  Family Auto of Baldwin is the friggin BEST! They're fast, professional, and knowledgeable. They don't pressure you and the guarantee everything they do for as long as you own your car. I just had my tires and oil changed. They have a customer in me for life.

  I bring all my cars there. Steve is very knowledgeable & constantly stays up to date on everything. He truly loves what he does. They are polite, explain things,tell you what you need now & what can wait. Never any pressure. Steve also has deals he sends in the mail and he warrantees everything. He knows the value of a good customer and the recommendations that come with them. Smart businessman, nice guy, and he hires very qualified mechanics. he runs the shop the way I would if I owned it.

  Where do I start, friendly, professional, reliable, honest and fair. I can't recommend Steve and the guys highly enough, this is the best shop I've had the pleasure of dealing with. My wife and I have been customers for years, they do it all inspections, service, maintenance and repairs.

  One of the best shops ever used. Once I needed warranty repair at the dealer and they asked who did a particular repair because they said it was top-notch. Got to take notice when one mechanic praises another shop.
  Often will talk me out of work that they say I don't need.

  Thorough inspection,only place i ever heard of that offers lifetime warranties on repairs.Even fan belts!Clean bathrooms,Fresh coffee.Nice waiting area.Also love the freebies they give away
