They twice said that they would follow up on something but never did. The volume control on the radio does not work.
I recommend them to anyone I know. Although they cost more than your local mechanic, the cost is worth honesty, integrity, and the quality of labor.
They're great. They know my car and they worked on my car before I even owned it. I own a 1985 Porsche and their expertise keeps it running great.
They do a great job.
One thing that I found pertinent was the fact that Don made certain to let me know what would be needed in the near future, however, he wasn't trying to pressure me to address anything I wasn't willing to address. It wasn't a matter of salesmanship; it was just a matter of Don providing the pertinent knowledge to allow the consumer -meaning me - to make a knowledgeable and fully informed decision. If you want to get the most bang for your buck, Don is your man.
I thought Vaughn was very patient and he helped me with the inspection of a Porsche 911.
They are very good. Generally, I love them a lot.
They have done work for me in the past. I think that price-wise they are outrageous and they are the only one around the area. I had an issue with the car in August, and they couldn't find the problem. Originally, they thought they fixed it, and I paid for it. When I brought it back later, they put someone on the car, and couldn't find the problem. They held it. I already paid for it, but it was only fill in work, they didn't get to it till they had time. I thought that was unfair, seeing as I had already paid for it.
Sometimes estimates are much lower then the actual price.
My car is actually there right now. I think they are working on an issue that they might have not repaired correctly. After I get the bill, then I'll be more or less satisfied, I'll see how it goes.
It was just an overall excellent experience, and it always is. It's very consistent, and very fun.
Excellent service. I've been with them for many years. I've never once been dissatisfied.
