  St Paddy's day my car broke down in Westminster. Need it toward. Called Fair Auto to leave a message and someone picked up. It was the owner, Bill. He talked me trough as my husband had to jump start my Toyota. Made it almost home and it completely shut off. Called Bill again and he told me to call AAA but ask for the towing service he uses. Had it towed to Fair Auto and first thing in the morning Bill called, my alternator was dead along with the battery. Car is still under warranty so Bill had it toward to Toyota for me and got all the paper work down. All I had to do was pick up my rental and wait for Toyota to call. Thank you Bill as per usual the service was fast and wonderful. My car is running like new. I also love that the bathroom is clean and there is a dog to play with. Bradshaw is so cute. Bill's wife is really nice as she picked me up from the rental cars place to drive me to pick up my car when it was done.

  I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR ROUTINE SERVICE, THEY PERFORMORMED A COMPLETE INSPECTION OF MY VEHICLE, WHILE DOING AN OIL CHANGE.THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND UP FRONT ON WHAT MY CAR NEEDED AT THIS TIME.NO OTHER WORK WAS NEEDED.
  I HAVE HAD BILL DO ALL MY REPAIRS FOR 31YEARS,AND NEVER BEEN DISAPOINTED.
  WHILE WAITING THEY HAVE FRESH COFFEE,TV,CLEAN BATHROOM,AND THE SHOP IS VERY CLEAN.
