You have an engine performance issue that requires some diagnosis. Everything I suggest here will be more or less guess work - having the proper qualified technician inspecting your truck with a high grade diagnostic tool - that is what you really need.
Start and stall, shaking then running fine after it warms up -- that's what I am taking from your post -- I would think of a possible sticking idle control valve, vacuum leak, even a MAF sensor issue or an EGR valve or EGR flow issue.
If it did not clear up after a short bit, I would start looking at fuel pressure and tune up items as well. Since I have no clue of the truck's history, I'm left to recommend nothing further unless a diagnosis is performed. Good luck!
