Plymouth Neon Engine Misfire Due to Oil in Spark Plug Tubes

Spark plug tube seals fail, causing the tubes to fill with engine oil and the engine to misfire. As a result, the engine may run poorly and fuel economy can suffer.

No solution yet I need help with fixing this -
Avery cheap and easy fix sparkplug tube seals are about $3.00 each. change valve cover gasket if needed. about $13.00. takes an hour to do both. -

My car has been leaking oil and oil has been filling up in the spark plug holes. Mostly in #4. -
Seals did not keep oil from pooling inside spark plug tubes -
