Rough idle, stalling when acceleration, no restart, even though tank gas, battery is charged, getting spark, must not be getting gas. Plus I've run out of gas 4 or 5 times and I think it has never been replaced. Can i use a universal (nonsubmersible) fuel pump on the outside of the gas tank??? If so, what adjustments might I need to make to fuel press. Regulated, or can you give me any advice. Should i Try it, or buy Install orig. Replacement?
