What would be some of the thing to look for if this happens?

    was the check engine light on? If so, what was the code??

    442 and 445 was the code

    Your Emission test printout will give the specific reason your test failed. It could fail for reasons other that the "CHECK ENGINE" light being on. One example is if the fuel filler neck is damaged, the person performing the test can FAIL the test because of this. Please provide more specific information for an accurate evaluation.
