Factory alarm system has randomly engaged stopping fuel flow and preventing re-start. Re-set randomly works. Have disabled at overhead console but still experience random stops. How do I disable perminantly?

Unfortunately, You cannot disable the factory alarm system. It is programmed into the Powertrain Control Module. Possible other causes are Hood, Door, Liftgate or switches. Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Key lock cylinder switches.
