I had tires and brakes done. Work was completed within the same day. I was very pleased with the experience.
I went in for an oil change and was told the brake fluid hoses needed changing. Since I had been told that several different times; they had never been changed; and the car has 250,000 miles, I thought it was a reasonable finding. They paid for Uber to take me home while I waited and had the car ready promptly that same day.

Overall satisfied. Work took a little longer than originally quoted, but that was somewhat anticipated given the work required.
Sorry it took longer than expected we just wanted to make sure everything was perfect before delivery. We will try an do better next time.

I felt a little pressured by the $90 diagnostics considering we knew what the problem was ahead of time and if we went with another shop we would lose this money.
We do have a standard diagnostic fee as with most shops and dealerships.Our fee is only $89.95(some places charge as much as $129.95). We do waive the fee such as in your case if you do the repair work with us. No other shop or dealership offers that.

I needed a lot of my rear end driver side repaired and replaced from a curb. They were able to work with my insurance, get me a competitive rate, fix my car in a timely manner, and when I brought it in last minute they got me to work on time and had the best customer service out of any shop in the springs I've gone to. I highly recommend the express auto team, they have some of the best customer service in town and I haven't had any problems with my rear end so the repairs stand for themselves!

Shop's parking lot was difficult to navigate. Had turn signal repaired, and afterwards, had to fix lever assembly because it was not put back together properly.
Since I only go in for oil change every 3000 miles which in my case is once a year I must say they do very good work.
All I needed them to do was reset the error codes. They went through and made sure all the sensor were accurately reporting and what not. This they did without additional charge.
This shop has had my car since 2 Sept. They got a pre-owned transmission to replace mine. It turned out to be a lemon as a few of the seals were faulty. As it turned out, these seels were no longer manufactured; so instead of ordering another better transmission this mechanic kept trying to get non-existing seels to replace the defective ones. His lame excuses were frustrating. Instead of making the right decision to replace the faulty transmission he blamed everyone else for the lack of finding the seels. I wouldn't recommend the north center of this business to my worst enemy.

Rick is very accommodating,professional and straightforward. This establishment also informs each customer of any recalls pertaining to their vehicles as well as what general maintenance is suggested so the customer is kept up to date on their vehicles requirements. I've had two of our vehicles serviced here and am very satisfied. I will be a return customer.
I found their prices to be very competetive, plus they honor NAPA's 10% off card since they use NAPA parts. This is the only shop I have ever found that gaurantees both the part AND THE LABOR for the expected life of the part, or in many cases, the life of the vehicle. I had a radiator start to leak on me once and because they had installed it, they replaced it completely free, no questions asked. That gives me great peace of mind. I've been to dozens of shops in the Springs, but thee guys are simply the best.

They were nice. They didn't charge for diagnostics. They helped us develop a plan of attack regarding maintenance. They advised us that we could drive the car for a bit and didn't need to make the repairs immediately. They pointed us to a discount coupon.
They did an oil change and looked at air filter. I was going on a trip and during the drive my engine malfunction light came on so I stopped and looked at the engine. They had not placed the air-filter housing back on the carburetor correctly and it was sucking a lot of air. I spent about 10-15 minutes placing it on correctly myself. After I did the malfunction light went out. This type of service does not build trust in them handling any repairs or service.
Not sure that they did everything that was advertised. I think it'd be great for customers to receive a verbal review of what was done.

Because Lori and Bernard went above and beyond as far as professionalism, attention to detail and customer service are concerned when I recently got service at their Montebello location in North Colorado Springs.
They did a good job of pointing out a pending problem. Unfortunately, I had a transmission failure this past week, and my car is being serviced at the dealership. So I don't really know all you can do to earn that 10.
