I have taken my vehicle to this company on three different occasions so far. On all three occasions the problem with the 2000 Land Rover Discovery was with the cooling system. The first repair was $2000 +. Given it was my first time there the employees were very friendly and even offered me a rental car at no charge. I thought I had found a great company. Then several months later the same problem occurred and I returned for further repairs. This time $700 for the repair. I my first visit I had asked them to look evaluated the lines given I had heard that the LR Discovery has frequently had problems with hoses. They assured me that they had check the hoses and that this was not avoidable. They also talked me into replacing the serpentine belt at this time. Given the problem appeared to be pressure related I asked them to look further to try and find an actually problem with the pressure being built up in the engine. They assured me once again they had checked everything and that there should be no problems. One year later the heater core goes out for a SECOND TIME, yes...the one they had just replaced a year earlier. They told me that it was not their fault and given it was one year and 15 days, the part was no longer under warranty. To be fair he did offer to pay 1/2 the cost of the heater core...which I accepted. This cost another $900. I drive away thinking my car is finally usable and less than 6 blocks away the car dies and will not move. I push it into a parking lot and call the company. They send a tow truck, charge me $200 more to fix the starter, and then try to charge me for the tow truck fees--------I was only 6 blocks away after leaving their lot!!! I finally had enough of this and take the vehicle to trade in. I am at the dealership actively trading in the vehicle when the same problem happens and the lot is full of anti-freeze....yet again from the heater core. I take the vehicle back and again they tell me it is from another part "BEFORE" the heater core which caused it go bad so it was not their fault. Another $1000 to fix....but this time I just paid the dealer who was accepting my car. LONG STORY SHORT, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AT FIRST BUT THE DON'T TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERRORS. ANYBODY CAN BE VERY NICE WHEN THEY CHARGE YOU A GRAND EVERY TIME YOU SEE THEM. To be fair, the 9 months to 1 year between the costly repairs the vehicle did run great. I would be cautious of taking a vehicle to this place
